Bu bizim 15\u2019inci program\u0131m\u0131z ve bug\u00fcne kadarki say\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ortalama 1200 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Burada kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n % 80\u2019i daha \u00f6nceki oturumlara da kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ki\u015filer. \u00c7ok g\u00fczel bir ambiyans yakalad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in de bu projeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme karar\u0131 ald\u0131k. D\u00fcnyada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sadece % 40\u2019\u0131 mutlu oldu\u011funu ifade ediyor ve mutlu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 olan \u015firketlerin cirosu \u00fc\u00e7 kat art\u0131yor. Bence gelece\u011fin \u00fc\u00e7 temas\u0131 \u015funlardan olu\u015facak; i\u015fleri nas\u0131l organize edece\u011fiz? Hangi i\u015fleri yapaca\u011f\u0131z? Hangi i\u015f modellerine odaklanaca\u011f\u0131z? Burada en \u00f6nemli \u015fey nitelikli insan.<\/b>\u00a0<b>Bence ger\u00e7ek ba\u015far\u0131 ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 k\u0131lmak. Ger\u00e7ek liderlik farkl\u0131 liderlerin bir arada kalmas\u0131. Bir lidersen geri planda olman gerekiyor. Bunu es ge\u00e7iyoruz.<\/b>\u00a0<b>Asl\u0131nda \u00e7ok uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r dijital servisler i\u00e7erisindeyim. Kendi \u00e7ap\u0131mda \u015f\u00f6yle bir form\u00fcl geli\u015ftirdim; bu form\u00fcller tabi s\u00f6ylemesi kolay, icra etmesi zor i\u015fler onun da \u00e7ok fark\u0131nday\u0131m. Na\u00e7izane dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm deyince bana g\u00f6re teknolojiyi i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ile harmanlay\u0131p insanlara, m\u00fc\u015fterilere sunmak gerekiyor. Bu ger\u00e7ekten \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00fcretimi. Dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrekli olarak geli\u015fen, de\u011fi\u015fen ve kendini yenilemesi gereken bir strateji. \u00d6nemli bir de\u011fi\u015fim stratejisi. \u00c7ok geni\u015f perspektiften, b\u00fcy\u00fck resimden bakmam\u0131z laz\u0131m.
