Ekmen, Mersin&#8217;in turizm, lojistik, tar\u0131m ve sanayi potansiyelinin yeterince kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"RTL\">\u201c<\/span><\/strong><strong>Mersin, s\u0131<\/strong><strong>ra d<\/strong><strong>\u0131\u015f\u0131\u00a0<\/strong><strong>ve\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00f6<\/strong><strong>zel bir \u015fehir.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekmen, Mersin&#8217;in dinler, k\u00fclt\u00fcrler ve arkeoloji a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir inan\u00e7, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve tarih \u015fehri oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u015fehrin 321 kilometrelik sahiliyle T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin en uzun sahiline sahip oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Yaylalar\u0131n\u0131n el de\u011fmemi\u015f do\u011fas\u0131 ve e\u015fsiz Y\u00f6r\u00fck k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle\u00a0\u00f6nemli bir turizm potansiyeli ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Ekmen, Mersin mutfa\u011f\u0131 ve adrenalin sporlar\u0131yla da dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011fini belirtti. Ancak, bu g\u00fczelliklere ra\u011fmen Mersin<span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span>in turizm potansiyelinin %5 ya da %10&#8217;undan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 kullanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"RTL\">\u201c<\/span><\/strong><strong>Akdeniz Sahil Yolu ve \u00c7e\u015f<\/strong><strong>meli-Ta<\/strong><strong>\u015fucu Otoyolu projeleri tamamlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekmen, ulusal karayolu a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0\u00f6nemli akslar\u0131ndan biri olan Akdeniz Sahil Yolu<span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span>nun tamamlanmamas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorun oldu\u011funu ve\u00a0\u00f6nemli bedeli Mersin<span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span>in\u00a0\u00f6dedi\u011fini belirtti. 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda bitirilece\u011fi vaad edilen bu yolun hala tamamlanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve mevcut haliyle bir \u00e7ile yoluna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yledi. Ekmen,\u00a0<span dir=\"RTL\">\u201c<\/span>Mersin<span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span>in\u00a0\u00f6nemli il\u00e7eleri Erdemli, Silifke, G\u00fclnar, Mut ve Anamur da bu ihmalin s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015famaktad\u0131r.\u201d dedi. Ayn\u0131 g\u00fczergahta bulunan \u00c7e\u015fmeli-Ta\u015fucu Otoyolu projesinde ise bir\u00e7ok kez iptal edilen ihalenin ard\u0131ndan bu y\u0131l yol in\u015faat\u0131na ba\u015flanmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, y\u00fcklenici firman\u0131n kamuoyuna sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bilgilendirme yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"RTL\">\u201c<\/span><\/strong><strong>Mersin Ana Konteyner Liman\u0131 projesi hayata ge\u00e7irilmelidir.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir di\u011fer\u00a0\u00f6nemli konunun Mersin Ana Konteyner Liman\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirten Ekmen, liman\u0131n yaln\u0131zca Mersin&#8217;in de\u011fil, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin lojistik kapasitesini art\u0131racak stratejik bir proje oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda ihalesi yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 vaad edilen bu liman\u0131n \u00c7ED raporunun s\u00fcresinin doldu\u011funu ve y\u0131llar\u0131n ihmali sonras\u0131 bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bu y\u0131l \u00c7ED raporunu yenilemeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Bu projenin T\u00fcrkiye<span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span>yi Do\u011fu Akdeniz<span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span>de lider yapacak ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n say\u0131l\u0131\u00a0on liman\u0131ndan birine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrecek bir proje oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c\u00c7ukurova Havaliman\u0131 bir an\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00f6<\/strong><strong>nce a<\/strong><strong>\u00e7\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda temeli at\u0131lan \u00c7ukurova Havaliman\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n, aradan ge\u00e7en 13 y\u0131la ra\u011fmen hala faaliyete ge\u00e7emedi\u011fini belirten Ekmen, say\u0131s\u0131z taahh\u00fcde ra\u011fmen havaliman\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.\u00a0<span dir=\"RTL\">\u201c<\/span>En son ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l\u0131n aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda Sabiha G\u00f6k\u00e7en pistinin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Sn. Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 bu y\u0131l\u0131n ocak ay\u0131n\u0131 i\u015faret etmi\u015fti. Temmuz ay\u0131nday\u0131z, hala havaliman\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lmad\u0131; umut ediyoruz ki bu y\u0131l a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"RTL\">\u201c<\/span><\/strong><strong>Mersin ihmal ediliyor.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekmen, milletvekillerine seslenerek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:\u00a0<span dir=\"RTL\">\u201c<\/span>Biz Mersin ihmal ediliyor, Mersin<span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span>e hakk\u0131 verilmiyor dedi\u011fimizde bazen itirazlar geliyor. Ancak isterseniz \u015fu 15 y\u0131lda Mersin<span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span>de g\u00fcndeme gelen, yap\u0131m\u0131na bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc ba\u015flanamayan, ba\u015flan\u0131rsa bitirilemeyen, bitirilse a\u00e7\u0131lamayan projelere ve emsallerine hep birlikte bir bakal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Evet, Mersin Havaliman\u0131 bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lamad\u0131 ama ayn\u0131 tarihte yap\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flanan Rize Havaliman\u0131, Ordu Giresun Havaliman\u0131\u00a0ve\u00a0\u0130stanbul Havaliman\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lal\u0131 y\u0131llar oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Denizler dolduruldu, da\u011f ta\u015f tepe dolduruldu. Ancak d\u00fcmd\u00fcz ovada tar\u0131m arazisine yap\u0131lan bir havaliman\u0131 tamamlanamad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Mersin Ana Konteyner Liman\u0131 hayal oldu. Ama ayn\u0131 tarihte projelendirilen Filyos ve \u00c7andarl\u0131 limanlar\u0131 bitirildi. Mersin Ana Konteyner Liman\u0131 i\u00e7in ise \u015fu anda yeniden \u00c7ED projesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Akdeniz Sahil Yolu bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc bitirilemedi ama \u00e7ok daha sonra yap\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flanan 14.300 metrelik Ovit T\u00fcneli ve 14.476 metrelik Zigana T\u00fcneli faaliyete a\u00e7\u0131lal\u0131 y\u0131llar oldu.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"RTL\">\u201c<\/span><\/strong><strong>Mersin<\/strong><strong><span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span><\/strong><strong>de otel tahsisleri yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ama tek bir \u00e7ivi bile \u00e7ak\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekmen, 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda Mersin<span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span>de be\u015f \u015firkete otel tahsisi tan\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.\u00a0<span dir=\"RTL\">\u201c<\/span>Bu \u015firketlerin ismini ve sahiplerini hepiniz \u00e7ok iyi tahmin edersiniz. K\u00fclt\u00fcr Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da ne Turizm Geli\u015fimi Ajans\u0131\u2019nda Mersin<span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span>e y\u00f6nelik bir program y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc, ne K\u00fclt\u00fcr Yolu Festivalleri<span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span>nde Mersin<span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span>e bir alan a\u00e7t\u0131, ne de Mersin<span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span>in turizm master plan\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcncelleyerek hayata ge\u00e7irdi.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"RTL\">\u201c<\/span><\/strong><strong>Mersin \u00e7<\/strong><strong>ift<\/strong><strong>\u00e7isi desteklenmelidir.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekmen, Mersin \u00e7ift\u00e7isinin narenciye \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine verilen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck fiyatlar ve y\u00fcksek toplama ve nakliye bedelleri nedeniyle ma\u011fdur oldu\u011funu belirtti.\u00a0<span dir=\"RTL\">\u201c<\/span>Mersin \u00e7ift\u00e7isi bir lira fiyat bi\u00e7ilen \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcne 2 TL toplama bedeli, 3 TL da nakliye bedeli\u00a0\u00f6deyemedi\u011fi i\u00e7in narenciye bah\u00e7ede kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun sonucu Akdeniz sine\u011fi yeniden ba\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. T\u00fcm \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za ra\u011fmen bir sat\u0131n alma ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi. Ama e\u011fer ayn\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn pamuk olsa \u00c7ukobirlik, \u015feker pancar\u0131 olsa Pankobirlik, f\u0131nd\u0131k veya hububat olsa TMO, \u00e7ay olsa \u00c7aykur taraf\u0131ndan sat\u0131n al\u0131nacak ve \u00e7ift\u00e7i ma\u011fdur edilmeyecekti. Vahap Se\u00e7er<span dir=\"RTL\">\u2019<\/span>in metro projesinin y\u0131llarca Maliye Bakan\u0131 masas\u0131nda bekledi\u011fini belirtti. \u201c\u00d6yle ki Say\u0131n Nebati Mersin milletvekili aday\u0131 oldu\u011funda dahi \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za kulak t\u0131kayarak o imzay\u0131 atmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
