Baz\u0131 vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ise maskesiz olarak sokaklarda gezdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Duyarl\u0131 esnaf ve mahalleliler ise, &#8220;Bizler g\u00fcnlerdir hatta aylard\u0131r evden \u00e7\u0131kmamaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6steriyor, hijyen ve sosyal mesafeye uyuyoruz. Fakat halen yasak ve kurallara al\u0131\u015famam\u0131\u015f vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z bu basit \u00f6nlemi uygulam\u0131yor.
