Kazan\u0131n hidrolik deneyi, Rosatom\u2019un M\u00fchendislik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Atomenergomash\u2019\u0131n b\u00fcnyesinde bulunan AEM-Teknoloji Atommash A\u015e Volgodonsk \u015eubesi\u2019nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.\u00a0<br \/>\nReakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kazan\u0131n\u0131n hidrotestleri i\u00e7in haz\u0131rl\u0131k, zorlu karantina ko\u015fullar\u0131 alt\u0131nda yap\u0131ld\u0131. Konuya ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan AEM-Teknoloji A\u015e Volgodonsk \u015eubesi M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Rovshan Abbasov, bu ko\u015fullara kar\u015f\u0131n, gerekli t\u00fcm i\u015flemlerin hatas\u0131z ve y\u00fcksek kalitede y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtti. Abbasov, \u201cUzmanlar yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken t\u00fcm i\u015flemleri eksiksiz ve do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde yerine getirdi. Hidrolik testlerle hem reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kazan\u0131n\u0131n baz metalinin ve kaynaklanm\u0131\u015f ek yerlerinin sa\u011flaml\u0131\u011f\u0131 hem de bu par\u00e7alar\u0131n belirlenen hizmet \u00f6mr\u00fc olan 60 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda n\u00fckleer santralde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya haz\u0131r oldu\u011fu onaylanm\u0131\u015f oldu\u201d dedi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hidrolik testler, \u00f6zel bir teknoloji uygulanarak yap\u0131ld\u0131<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nAtomenergomash\u2019tan konuya ili\u015fkin yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada da Akkuyu N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali (NGS) i\u00e7in kilit \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan testin ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re deney, bas\u0131n\u00e7 kazan\u0131n\u0131n son \u00fcretim a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctmek i\u00e7in \u00f6zel bir yeralt\u0131 test tezgah\u0131, yani bir keson kullan\u0131larak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Bu tezgah\u0131n i\u00e7ine bir destek halkas\u0131, onun \u00fczerine de kald\u0131rma kapasitesi 600 ton olan bir vin\u00e7 yard\u0131m\u0131 ile reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kazan\u0131 yerle\u015ftirildi. Kazan, daha sonra bir proses kapa\u011f\u0131yla kapat\u0131ld\u0131.\u00a0<br \/>\nHidrolik testler, \u00f6zel bir teknoloji uygulanarak yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bu teknolojiye uygun olarak testler s\u0131ras\u0131nda reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kazan\u0131 i\u00e7ine i\u015fletim bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n 1,4 kat\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde maksimum bas\u0131n\u00e7 (24,5 Mega Pascal MPa) uyguland\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kazan\u0131 334 ton a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda\u00a0<br \/>\nReakt\u00f6r, alt k\u0131sm\u0131 oval bi\u00e7imde olan 334 ton a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015fey silindir bir kazan. Kazan\u0131n alt eliptik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7inde reakt\u00f6r \u00e7ekirde\u011fi ve i\u00e7sel elemanlar bulunuyor. Yukar\u0131dan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya do\u011fru bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda reakt\u00f6r, \u00fcst k\u0131sm\u0131na saha izlemede kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere monte edilmi\u015f sens\u00f6r kablolar\u0131 yarar\u0131na reakt\u00f6rleri ve nozullar\u0131 ayarlamak ve korumak amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lan i\u015fletim mekanizmalar\u0131 ve kontrol elemanlar\u0131 ile s\u0131k\u0131ca m\u00fch\u00fcrleniyor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>4 reakt\u00f6r olacak<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yap\u0131m\u0131 devam etmekte olan ilk n\u00fckleer santrali olan Akkuyu NGS projesinde, 4 adet Rus tasar\u0131m\u0131 3+ nesil VVER reakt\u00f6r\u00fc bulunacak.
